A- Passive listening occurs when a listener tries to make sense out of a speaker's remarks without being able to interact with the speaker.
Example: Students hearing an instructor's lecture without having the opportunity to interact with the instructor.
B- Self-serving bias is when w tend to judge ourselves in the most generous terms possible.
Example: we judge people very harsh if they made a mistake, but we give ourselves excuses if we made the mistake.
